Golf's verdict: Not quite so immediately appealing and new as the previous year's debut ('77), but a really good album nonetheless. The first of many collaborations with honourary 5th Head, Brian Eno.

Maire's verdict: Great version of 'Take Me to the River'. Solid album.

Golf's verdict: Surprisingly good. Was expecting quite a lot of noodling, but could not help but be impressed by his playing.

Maire's verdict: Great guitarist but not really my genre.

Golf's verdict: Well blow me! I rather enjoyed this. Not sure I had realised they were responsible for 'Reelin' In the Years' and the rest of this is all rather enjoyable too. A band that seems to have gotten worse with age then (or maybe I need to listen to some of those others again...)

Maire's verdict: I quite enjoyed this, to my surprise.
