Golf's verdict: Sounds very much like Björk, in that 'no one else sounds like Björk kinda way'. She's not strictly my cup of tea, but she makes the world a much more interesting place.

Maire's verdict: I'm reevaluating Björk's work and this could well become a hidden gem in the future.

Golf's verdict: 'Sure Shot' and 'Sabotage' are the main highlights to an otherwise relatively straightforward album that lacks a bit of variety.

Maire's verdict: My favourite Beastie Boys track ('Sabotage') is on this album and for that alone it's well worth a listen.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! We are huge SOAD fans. They are the one band I would probably get on a plane and leave the country to go see. Ironically, their lead singer lives up the road from Auckland in a little down called Warkworth, but they never seem to play in NZ. This had, until now, been the album I had largely ignored in favour of Toxicity and Mesmerize/Hypnotize (all gems, but, in a travesty of oversight, not on the list). Unusually for the challenge, I had the opportunity to listen to it a couple of times and on the 2nd listen it slotted into place rather nicely. Another Rick Rubin production too. That man really is a genius.

Maire's verdict: Not my go-to album of theirs. Surprised it's on the list when Mezmerize and Hypnotize have been left off. Fun but just not as good as the aforementioned.
