Golf's verdict: Starts strongly but peters out a little by the end. Generally a strong collection of middle of the road, country-tinged songs.
Maire's verdict: Some lovely tunes but nothing amazing.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Stamps its authority quite literally from the first line and maintains it throughout. Provides a template that many who have followed have used. Great Robert Mapplethorpe portrait on the cover too.
Maire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Hadn't listened to the album before - loved it.

Golf's verdict: Fun, garage rock. Nothing more. A missing link between 50s rock n' roll and 70s punk.
Maire's verdict: Mostly covers which I sang along to much to the horror of my work colleagues nearest me.
