Golf's verdict: Very nearly a hidden gem, but it is so heavily skewed towards the first side that it kind of runs out of steam. Always had a real liking for 'Peace Frog'.

Maire's verdict: Starts with a cracking couple of tracks but trails off slightly near the end..

Golf's verdict: Skin has a cracking set of pipes and this bounces along well. Not as immediately memorable as their debut though.

Maire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! To be honest, I'd forgotten Skunk Anansie despite loving Skin's voice and being a fan of their debut when it came out. I don't remember hearing this before but it could well become a favourite.

Golf's verdict: My dad had this when we were growing up, or something very similar. Proper old school big band jazz. I rather enjoyed it.

Maire's verdict: Not as irritating as some jazz we've listened to but still bloody jazz.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Positively seething with barely contained, self-righteous generation-gap rage. Has not lost even 1% of its potency in nearly 25 years.

Maire's verdict: Just not as good as Fat of the Land.
