Golf's verdict: Nearly 30 years in and the most well known (and superior) song in your repertoire is an Otis Redding cover version. It's one of the best covers of all time mind, but that's still got to hurt a bit.

Maire's verdict: 'Hard to Hand' is the stand out track. The rest of the album is pretty middle of the road.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! So many great tracks to choose from. But it's probably not even in the top 3 best Beatles albums. Genius.

Maire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Obviously!

Golf's verdict: Not as strong as 'The Boy With the Arab Strap' but their signature sound was well established, even on this debut.

Maire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Loved this album. Not sure of the last time I listened to it but definitely not since our time at St. John's Road (before 2011).

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Having lost interest for a few years after Kid A, this was the first proper listen for In Rainbows. It's a very strong offering, up there with the best of Radiohead's albums. Will have to hunt down the vinyl...

Maire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Not an album I knew before. Listened to it twice and absolutely loved it.

Golf's verdict: I am really not sufficiently medicated to fully appreciate this any more. Kind of passed me by.

Maire's verdict: I've never really listened to a Spiritualized album. Nice enough but became part of the background quite quickly.
