Golf's verdict: What the term 'difficult to like' was waiting for. They may have been pioneers in industrial music but TG were (and still are) mainly concerned with the artistic impact rather than the tunes. So it is here.
Maire's verdict: Got off to a bad start and then got worse. Bloody awful.

Golf's verdict: A great 80s album, but one whose every Synclavier-played melody dates it like the rings in a tree trunk.
Maire's verdict: Haven't heard this in years. Really enjoyed it but my opinion may have been slightly skewed coming after the shite that is Throbbing Gristle.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Must remember to pop this on the playlist about December 24th...
Maire's verdict: Slightly weird listening to this in August but it put a smile on my face. Some great versions of Christmas classics.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! An extraordinarily good album. So far, he has not bettered it, though I would still make a special effort to see him. In fact, when this album was touring I drove us from London to Oxford on a weeknight to see it. (One of the few times I have gone to a gig and not had a drink, but it was good enough to make you giddy without the need for alcohol!)
Maire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Love this album. Just beautiful.
