Golf's verdict: Proof, if it were ever needed, of the importance of context when enjoying music. No doubt this is a great listen when played loud over a huge club PA system and perhaps even better when suitably chemically assisted. Stuck in traffic on the Auckland Harbour Bridge in morning rush hour though, not such an impressive impact.

Maire's verdict: I think you probably need to be in a club to enjoy this. I thought it was a bit rubbish but I was never a fan.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! A masterclass in making complex, avant-garde and 'difficult' music accessible and enjoyable. It's almost impossible to choose a favourite Radiohead album, but this one is certainly in my Top 3.

Maire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Goes without saying. Pure genius.

Golf's verdict: This was such a slow burner that it took well over a year before it got to Number 1 and then went on to sell over 10 million copies. Every single track ended up on an advert or in a TV show. Massive over exposure soon led to ear fatigue for me and the CD has been shelved ever since. It was a pleasure to hear it again. Many of these tracks feature field recordings made by Alan Lomax in the 1930s and 40s that probably had only ever been heard by the odd researcher before Moby co-opted them, but are now familiar to millions.

Maire's verdict:HIDDEN GEM! Ah, so that's who sings all those songs. I had no idea. Absolutely loved it. I'll admit that before I started listening to it I was expecting to hear 'Why Does It Always Rain on Me'...... oops.
