Golf's verdict: One can admire Zappa's copious talent and ability to pastiche any genre, but ultimately you are going to be judged on the quality and longevity of your output. Sad to say, the most interesting thing about this album is the fantastically accurate faux-Sgt. Pepper cover.

Máire's verdict: Absolute rubbish.

Golf's verdict:
Has every member of the Wu Tang Clan also become a solo artist? I am pretty sure about a dozen of our challenge albums come from that source. This is another very solid and entertaining hour of hip-hop, but nothing about it really grabbed me.

Máire's verdict: Rather fun.

Golf's verdict:
Not at all what I was expecting (which was watered down Kraftwerk), this was rather good.

Máire's verdict: Nice enough.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM!
A legendary record from one of Britain's most influential bands.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! From the period after 'Kid A' and before 'A Moon Shaped Pool' when I rather took my eye (ear) off Radiohead, so the challenge has afforded me a welcome opportunity to familiarise myself with what I largely missed. They have yet to make a poor record and this one, as usual, is full of delights.

Máire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Just wonderful.
