Golf's verdict: Still the biggest selling live album ever I believe and the only one I can think of that produced a number of big hits. It's pretty easy listening and obviously includes the gimmick of the talk box*, which Frampton pioneered.
Máire's verdict: Very enjoyable.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! This Will Oldham fella seems to be rather good. Essentially this is a vehicle for some highly accomplished songwriting, produced in a lo-fi and largely acoustic way. We shall be investigating him further in 2018.
Máire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Introduced to this band today. Absolutely loved the album.

Golf's verdict: This was a bit of a trial to be honest and - for me - confirms that the only drum and bass album an average household really needs is Timeless by Goldie!
Máire's verdict: For some reason I thought this was a rap album. I found it a bit boring.

Golf's verdict: Very tricky to track down. I had to piece this together on YouTube, presumably due to potential copyright issues common with sampled music from this era. It was worth it though.
Máire's verdict: Rather fun.

Golf's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! A really significant find. This is a superb album, even based on a single listen and we'll be tracking it down on vinyl in the New Year.
Máire's verdict: HIDDEN GEM! Second band I’d never heard of today. Another hidden gem.
